Lesson 2-3Review dinks and volleys. Mid court shots, 3rd shot drops. Serves and returns.
Lesson 4-10Begin to master previous shots learned. More live game play, court positioning and scoring. Approaching and dominating the net.
Lesson 11+Advance all the shots, court positioning and strategy.
