Your first lessonI usually structure my training sessions to cover essential skills like footwork, follow-through, dinking drills, volleys, drives, and serves. Each month, I place a strong emphasis on footwork to build a solid foundation for overall improvement.
Lesson 2-3
1. Footwork & Positioning β Helps with balance, quick reactions, and efficient movement.

3. Volleys & Net Play β Improves quick reflexes and offensive positioning.
4. Drives & Groundstrokes β Develops power and consistency from the baseline.
