Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first lesson will be establishing your level and what key components we will be working on. Getting better at Pickleball requires “Muscle-Memory” activities that will help improve every part of your game!
Lesson 11+We will now begin to work on intermediate to higher level components such as 3rd shot drops, backhand rolls, court positioning, lob returns, overheads, fast hands, etc.
Lesson 4-10We will now focus on basic game skills like serves, returning serves, blocks and counters, for hand and backhand shot selection.
Lesson 2-3Identify what your weaknesses are and build muscle memory activities that activate learning and will allow you to apply the your game play
