Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFundamental basics such as grip, stance and hand-eye coordination and practice/drilling of strokes. I like to emphasize the actual movement of the game before delving into the rules of pickleball.
Lesson 4-10Begin playing games with a focus on maintaining rallies to develop shot placement, consistency and confidence.
Lesson 2-3Further drill the forehand/backhand while adding movement. Once comfortable with the basic swings, we'll move onto scoring and rules.
