About your pickleball coach

I love sports, and my goal is to make pickleball simple, logical, and fun for everyone! My background is a little different than most coaches. I have an engineering background and have spent years as a sports analyst, but I am also a lifelong recreational athlete myself. I know exactly what it feels like to pick up a new sport, work though the awkward phases, and play just for the pure love of the game. Because of my multi-sport coaching and sports media background, I am really good at breaking down movements into simple, easy-to-learn steps. I don’t use confusing sports jargon-I focus on clear, friendly communication so you can see progress in your very first lesson. Beginners & Seniors: Want a gentle, zero-stress introduction? We will focus on fun, steady balance, and learning the rules at your own comfortable pace. Kids & Teens: With my coaching background, I keep lessons high-energy, active, and filled with engaging games. Intermediate Players: Want to win more weekend games? I’ll show you the smart court positioning and tricks to outsmart your opponents. No matter your age or skill level, my court is a welcoming place. Let’s get out there and play!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first session is all about getting comfortable with the paddle and hitting clean shots. We will cover the basic rules, the kitchen line, and get you playing fun, low-pressure rallies right away.
Lesson 2-3We will master the soft short-game (dinking) and practice serving and returning consistently. We will break down pickleball’s unique scoring system so it finally makes sense.
Lesson 4-10We focus on smart court positioning and the transition game. You will learn exactly where to stand to block your opponent’s open angles and practices real match-play strategy.
Lesson 11+For long-term students, we work on high-repetition consistency and faster reactions. We will focus on eliminating unforced errors and building personal, winning playstyle.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIntermediate Assessment: Our first session focuses on checking your foundational strokes. We will look at your current consistency and build a clear plan to clean up and minor mechanical habits.
Lesson 2-3Intermediate Strategy: We dive into intermediate court strategy. We will practice reliably hitting third-shot drops, deep returns, and keeping the ball low at the kitchen line.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
