I'm Trenton Klaz, a versatile pianist, keyboardist, composer, and bandleader based in Miami, Florida. My musical journey began with classical piano, but I've also delved deeply into keyboard and synthesizer performance, drawing inspiration from Chick Corea, Bill Evans, and others to craft a style blending Jazz, Latin, rock, and classical influences. I earned my Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Florida, refining my piano technique under Dr. Kevin Sharpe and exploring jazz improvisation with Scott Wilson. Pursuing my passion for jazz further, I completed both a Master of Music and a Doctorate of Musical Arts at the esteemed Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. Beyond performing, I enjoy sharing my knowledge as an instructor, collaborating with ensembles and musical institutions to nurture the next generation of musicians.
