Dive into the world of jazz with me! I'm Larry, currently serving as the pianist for the UC San Diego Jazz Ensemble under the guidance of Grammy award-winning producer and arranger Kamau Kenyatta. For the past 7 months and ongoing, I've honed my skills and expanded my musical horizons under his mentorship. My journey in music began over a decade ago, with 11 years of experience in classical performance before delving into jazz at UC San Diego. Through undergraduate coursework in classical theory/counterpoint, jazz theory, and production/audio engineering, I've developed a strong foundation in classical and jazz disciplines. Under Professor Kenyatta's tutelage, I've delved deep into jazz piano and theory, refining my techniques and exploring new creative avenues. With a passion for music that knows no bounds, I'm dedicated to sharing my knowledge and love for jazz with others. If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
