My passion for piano began at a young age, and after 22 years, it continues to inspire me. As a professional pianist and music educator, I bring a wealth of performance experience and a deep understanding of musical theory to every lesson. Over my 12 years of teaching, I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring lessons to meet their unique goals and interests. Whether you're just starting out, preparing for auditions, or exploring new styles, my goal is to foster a lifelong love of music and help you develop confidence and independence as a musician.
Drawing from my background in classical, jazz, and world music, I encourage creativity while grounding students in strong technique and musical fundamentals. I also emphasize the importance of understanding scale theory and patterns, helping students become self-sufficient learners who can navigate any repertoire.

Our youngest daughter started learning piano from Ms Angela when she was about 6. Six years later, she and her younger sister look forward to the regular virtual lessons with Ms Angela and continues to advance her musical skills. Ms Angela is a highly skilled, versatile musical teacher and artist, and she effortlessly finds a way to infuse her classes with fun. She formed a wonderful relationship with my daughters who seek her advice on which song to learn next and celebrate when they’ve learnt it. Ms Angela tailors her classes to keep her piano students engaged, challenged at the right level, and interested in learning music.

After trying several piano teachers, we landed on Ms. Angela. Ms. Angela renewed our girls’ enthusiasm for music and learning piano.
