I’ve trained in speed, agility, quickness, footwork, coordination, and athletic movement throughout my entire playing and coaching career. I now use that experience to help athletes improve how they move, react, accelerate, change direction, and compete. My goal is to help athletes move better, move faster, and develop skills that transfer directly to competition. Most importantly, I’ll teach you everything you need to get started and understand how to train independently.
