If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Mitchel has worked with me to create a plan to achieve my personal goals and helped me determine a weekly routine that has led to sucess. since i have been friends with mitchel i have gradually made an increase to my personal bests physically and mentally. it started out as just tagging along to the calisthenics park but as i went more and more i saw a difference in my strength and body, this would motivate me more to keep going this way. also having a friend like mitchel to keep each other motivated helped me solidify this way of thinking permanently. i was unable to do most body weight exercises before i met mitchel and now i add weight to them to progressively overload. mitchel has also been very educational with his nutrition and supplements, only furthering my efficacious gains.
