We start with a conversation about your goals, current fitness level, training experience, and any limitations or concerns. Then we move into a beginner-friendly warm-up and basic movement assessment to establish your starting point.
You’ll learn foundational movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, brace, and carry. I’ll coach technique, breathing, posture, and proper exercise execution while keeping the session comfortable and achievable.
The goal is not to exhaust you—it’s to build confidence, establish good movement habits, and create a plan that fits your goals.
We begin building your foundation with structured full-body workouts using movements you learned during your first session.
You’ll practice exercises such as goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, dumbbell presses, rows, lunges, carries, core exercises, and beginner conditioning drills. We’ll gradually increase resistance, repetitions, or difficulty as your technique improves.
You’ll also learn how to warm up properly, control your pace, recover between exercises, and understand what “good effort” feels like.
The goal is to leave each session feeling stronger and more confident—not defeated.
We transition into a personalized training program based on your goals and progress.
Sessions will combine strength training, functional movement, conditioning, mobility, and—when appropriate—beginner running or endurance work. We’ll progressively increase training volume and intensity while continuing to refine technique.
You’ll learn how to train independently, track your progress, understand exercise selection, and build sustainable habits.
By the end of this stage, you should feel more confident in the gym, stronger in everyday movement, and equipped with the foundation to continue progressing toward your personal fitness goals.
