About your personal training coach

Everyone needs a stretch. I'm a personal trainer with a focus on stretching and mobility. Typically, the people who need me the most are elderly people who want to be able to move properly into their golden years. The runner up to the older demographic would be body builders. Body builders are constantly compressing their joints (especially their lower back) when they build muscle fiber. Therefore, they need to decompress their joints via my services. The younger and middle aged adults need my services because they simply need to learn how to take care of themselves. Stretching and Mobility are almost unheard of in our public schools, yet they are vital to our lives especially in todays technologically advanced society. No matter your demographic, I can promise you, I will teach you a lifelong skill that will save you from pain and discomfort. Thank you for reading.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMovement assessment and simple stretches you can do at home to introduce your body to the changes we’re about to accomplish.
Lesson 11+At this point, we are learning new advanced stretches that unlock muscles we weren’t able to stretch before due to other muscles being too tight. Mobility exercises may become weighted, and we start working on stretches and exercises that are more in tune with your day to day lifestyle.
Lesson 4-10We are continuing our progression and progressing to more advanced stretches of were able too. Mobility exercises will begin to become challenging and corrective exercises may be introduced
Lesson 2-3We are reviewing stretches, learning new stretches, and learning simple mobility exercises.
