Hi, I’m Alex, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength & conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, and youth athletic development. I hold NASM certifications in CPT, Performance Enhancement (PES), Senior Fitness (SFS), Youth Exercise (YES), and Nutrition Coaching (CNC), and I’m also a USPTA Certified Tennis Instructor. My training approach focuses on building a strong foundation first—mobility, stability, balance, core strength, and proper movement mechanics—then progressing to strength, power, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. I work with clients of different ages and fitness levels, from beginners looking to become stronger and healthier to youth and recreational athletes looking to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Every program is individualized based on your goals, current fitness level, movement ability, and training experience. My goal is not just to give you a workout, but to help you move better, get stronger, perform better, and build results that last.
