I also taught physical education and health for 8 years, bringing a comprehensive understanding of fitness and well-being to my coaching. My experience allows me to tailor programs to meet the unique needs of each individual, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Working with Jennifer as a personal trainer has been VERY rewarding! Not too long ago I had knee replacements and really needed to get motivated to keep moving, since my physical therapy had stopped. When I first met with Jennifer, I thought the only thing that would work for me was the treadmill. She has helped me tremendously to work not only my legs to feel stronger, but the confidence to work the total body. She is such a positive, encouraging and knowledgeable trainer and meets the needs of all the people she works with. Would recommend her to anyone looking to feel better and get some fitness into their life.

I met Jen a couple years ago and was impressed with her energy and community involvement. Jen's passion for fitness and unity was top notch during one of the most difficult years we had experienced. Jen has been truly excellent through and through. She is welcoming and understanding of all people, regardless of their fitness starting point, and makes sure you’re able to succeed in reaching your goals. Jen modified workout plans to accommodate injuries and made sure I felt supported every day, in studio and out. She’s an excellent trainer and friend.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet to know each other. Go over basic stretching and movements.
Lesson 11+Implement a full fitness program based on the client’s fitness goals and current abilities.
Lesson 4-10Build upon the foundation of functional movements and gradually increase the challenge of the exercises if the student is ready.
Lesson 2-3Work on functional movements and balance activities. Introduce various fitness equipment and explain uses for each one.

Youth players
Working with kidsI've worked with kids of all ages. Each child is unique. Most children just need gentle encouragement and positivity to keep them motivated. Kids naturally love to move and I have a knack for finding ways to get kids going!

Working with teenagersTeenagers are often misunderstood and just need someone to listen to them. There are so many ways to move. I enjoy helping each individual figure out what their favorite movement or form of exercise is and helping them incorporate it into their everyday life.

What you need to bringWater bottle (only water is allowed in the studio), comfortable clothes, sneakers that tie (no black soles), and a change of shoes (to maintain cleanliness, we do not allow clients to wear their outdoor shoes/sneakers for workouts).

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
