I’m passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for the past 7 years and I’ve filled multiple different roles. I work with people with a variety of goals and levels of experience. I specialize in athletic training and strength training. This allows me to work with a wide range of clients. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFunctional Movement Screening Includes a series of basic movements to assess mobility, stability, and strength. This will provide me information to see how you move and which areas we can improve on.
Lesson 11+Reassess And Begin New Phases Every 6-8 weeks we will reassess your fitness goals. We can continue working towards the same goal or pivot towards a new focus. There will always be an upcoming phase that we will be prepared for based on our current phase.
Lesson 4-10First Training Phase We will start your first training phase. This is decided by your experience and fitness goal. These phases can include muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power, or sport specific movements.
Lesson 2-3General Form I’ll be taking a look at your form through multiple compound movements to ensure you’re properly executing the movement safely and effectively.

Your first lessonFunctional Movment Screening Includes a series of basic movements to assess mobility, stability, and strength. This will provide me information to see how you move and which areas we can improve on.
Lesson 11+Reassess Fitness Goals Every 6-8 weeks, we’ll reassess your fitness goals to make sure we are staying on track to accomplish what you would like. People’s goals will change as they progress and become more advanced. The idea would be to always have an upcoming phase planned out so we know what to work towards.
Lesson 4-10First Training Phase This will be the first phase of training. Depending on your fitness goal this could include muscular endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power, or sport specific movements.
Lesson 2-3Cover Areas of Improvement Due to your higher levels of experience, I would like to focus on areas of improvement. This could be mobility, muscular imbalances, or general holes in your training. By addressing these early, it’ll allow us to quickly move into more advanced movements and training techniques.

Youth players
Working with teenagersAdjusting for teenagers is very easy. It always involves lots of body weight training or low weight movements. There will be an emphasis on form correction and mobility. This will keep them safe and allow them to be effective through their training.

What you need to bringIf students want, they can purchase a gym membership to allow access to all types of equipment. If not, we can achieve just as good of a workout from body weight hit and band work.

What I can bringI own varies resistance bands that can be used during sessions.
