Audrey is a fitness model and professional figure skater with over 20 years of personal training experience. A Basketball Hall of Fame Inductee and MVP of Track, Cross Country, and Volleyball. She also has an extensive background in tennis, pickleball, skiing, snowboarding, water skiing, tap dancing and ballet. Her diverse athletic experience allows her to bring elite-level training, precision, and motivation to every session. Your first lessonWhat to Expect in Your First Session Your first training session is all about getting you comfortable, confident, and moving safely. We’ll start with a quick chat about your goals, fitness background, and any injuries or limitations. From there, you’ll go through a gentle warm-up, followed by simple, full-body exercises using machines, free weights, and bodyweight movements to build balance, strength, and coordination. I’ll focus on teaching proper form, breathing, and control so you feel supported every step of the way. We’ll finish with light stretching and a short recovery period to help your body cool down. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of your current fitness level and a personalized plan for your next steps.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWhat to Expect in an Advanced Session For advanced clients, each session is designed to challenge endurance, strength, and athletic precision. We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up to prime your muscles and joints, then move into an intense, performance-based workout that blends compound lifts, plyometric training, and high-intensity intervals for maximum power and definition. Expect a mix of free weights, kettlebells, functional movements, and bodyweight conditioning — with focused attention on form, tempo, and mind–muscle connection. Recovery techniques, mobility work, and core stability training are built in to enhance performance and prevent injury. Each advanced session is progressive, customized to push your limits while keeping you in control.

What you need to bringAthletic shoes, water bottle, towel(s). Please wear pants or leggings and an athletic top.

What I can bringTraining Location Private training sessions are held in an exclusive, gated community fitness center designed for comfort, privacy, and performance. The facility features premium equipment, including weight machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, benches, free weights, ab rollers, kettlebells, and Pilates apparatus — all surrounded by full-length mirrors to ensure proper form and precision. The space includes private bathrooms and filtered water station.

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
