Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFull trainer consultation. First session will NOT be a workout. Inbody scan, breakdown of nutrition/goals/custom exercise plan. Movement assessment to see how your body moves.
Lesson 2-3Starting the exercise plan. First 1 hour workout and/or corrective exercise plan (depending on need). A warm up and a cool down are included.
Lesson 4-10Continuation of custom plan
Lesson 11+Revaluation monthly. Inbody monthly or biweekly depending on plan. Always updating the plan as needed to help you achieve your goals.

Advanced training plan

Youth players
Working with kidsI am NASM Youth Exercise Specialist certified. The biggest thing for youth is age and body appropriate weight and also more breaks during cardio. But again, every client gets a custom workout plan.

Working with teenagersI am NASM Youth Exercise Specialist certified. That includes teenagers. I would ask both the teenager and their parent what they want to accomplish and see if both are possible. If they aren’t, we’d have a conversation to see how to best proceed. I am able to make it somewhat sport specific although I’m not coaching them in their specific sport. But I’m not limited to athletes either. Again, every client gets a custom workout plan.

What you need to bringWater bottle. A positive attitude.

What I can bringI own the F45 in Dogtown. We have every piece of free weight equipment you can think of including squat racks, cable trainers, dumbbells, kettlebells, y-bells, battle ropes, sled with turf track, sandbags, bikes, rowers, ski ergs, bosu balls, slamballs, etc. We also have sweat towels and showers.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
