Hi, I'm Marie! I have a degree in Kinesiology and have been helping people build strength and confidence through exercise since 2016. I founded Move With Marie in 2023 to help clients create sustainable fitness routines and exercise safely and effectively. I specialize in working with beginners, those returning to exercise, and busy professionals looking to stay consistent and reach their goals.
