Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first session is focused on learning proper form, movement quality, core engagement, breathing, and understanding your current fitness level. The goal is to build confidence, create a strong foundation, and make sure training feels safe, effective, and enjoyable.
Training 2-3During sessions 2–3, beginners can expect to become more comfortable with the exercises and gym environment. We continue improving technique while gradually increasing intensity, coordination, endurance, and overall workout confidence.
Training 4-10By sessions 4–10, clients typically notice improvements in strength, energy levels, conditioning, posture, and workout consistency. Training becomes more structured and challenging while still prioritizing proper form, injury prevention, and steady progress toward personal goals.
Training 11+At this stage, workouts become more individualized and progression-focused based on the client’s goals, fitness level, and results. Clients can expect continued strength gains, improved body composition, better endurance, increased confidence, and long-term habit building for sustainable results.

Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThe first session focuses on assessing current strength levels, movement efficiency, mobility limitations, training history, and overall performance capacity. We establish clear goals while identifying areas for improvement such as weak points, stability, conditioning, biomechanics, or injury prevention.
Training 2-3Sessions 2–3 focus on refining technique, improving execution quality, and establishing the structure of the training program. Intensity, volume, and exercise selection are adjusted based on recovery, performance, and individual goals.
Training 4-10During sessions 4–10, training becomes progressively more challenging and performance-driven. Clients can expect increased strength, improved conditioning, better movement efficiency, and measurable progress through structured progression, advanced training methods, and focused programming.
Training 11+At this stage, training becomes highly individualized and goal-specific. Sessions focus on long-term progression, performance optimization, physique development, injury prevention, recovery management, and continued progression through advanced programming strategies tailored to the client’s evolving needs.

Rachel is a great strength coach who really knows what she’s doing. She focuses a lot on proper form and makes sure you’re training the right way, not just lifting heavy. Her workouts are challenging but effective, and she knows how to push you without overdoing it. Since training with her, I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and confidence at the gym. She’s also very professional and keeps you motivated and consistent. Definitely recommend her if you’re serious about getting results.
