During your first session, we’ll focus on getting comfortable with movement patterns, gym equipment (or at-home equipment), and proper exercise form. We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, nutrition habits, and any limitations. The goal is to build confidence, establish a baseline, and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
During sessions 2-3, we’ll reinforce proper form, improve exercise execution, and begin building consistency. You’ll learn how to activate the correct muscle groups, understand workout intensity, and start tracking progress. Expect to feel more comfortable and confident with each workout.
By sessions 4-10, you’ll begin progressing in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. We’ll introduce progressive overload, increase workout intensity when appropriate, and continue improving technique. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of training, recovery, nutrition, and how to make fitness part of your daily routine.
At this stage, you’re no longer a beginner—you’ve built a solid foundation. Workouts become more personalized to your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, strength, or body recomposition. We’ll continue challenging you, tracking progress, adjusting nutrition, and focusing on long-term sustainable results.
