Skills to teach: Walls, defensive positioning, lobs, volleys, bandeja introduction, serve + return, positioning with partner.
Goal: Start playing points using proper tactics
Lesson 11+Main focus: Putting everything together.
Skills to teach: Point construction, strategy, positioning, match play, corrections.
Goal: Play a complete beginner-level match independently

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching padel to kids, the approach should be quite different from teaching adults. The main goal is to make them enjoy the sport first, while developing basic skills naturally.
🎾 A good approach with kids
1. Start with fun — not technique
* Use games during the first few minutes.
* Let them hit the ball, move around, and experiment.
* Avoid giving too many technical instructions at once.
* Celebrate effort, not just good shots.
2. Keep explanations short
Instead of explaining a stroke for 5 minutes, demonstrate it in 20–30 seconds, then let them try.
For example:
“Watch me. Low racket, look at the ball, and finish forward. Now you try.”
3. Teach through games
Kids learn much faster when they don’t feel like they’re doing drills.
