Your first lessonGetting to know each other and the water we are in. As swimmers, we are floating on our back or practicing our breathing. As surfers, we are practicing on land and slooooowly, slowly entering the ocean to get a feel for the movement.
Lesson 4-10Depends on the student!
Lesson 2-3We are learning breath and comfortability in the pool. Same with the ocean!
