First day she struggled to swim she was 4 year old. We worked on kick and learning the proper technique on how to blow bubbles in the water. Later on moved to working on arms trying to get the concept and getting this arms to move outside the water while also working on backstroke. She perfectly understood how too and now is able to swim beautifully

Learning how to swim for the army never swam in his life. Teaching him the proper technique on how to kick and move his arms but keeping us upper body slightly above the water instead of sinking down
