Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAs a beginner we want to you to become comfortable with the water. Thus, we would start with learning how to float and tread water. Additionally, getting used to fully submerging your head underwater.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons would encompass going over everything prior and adding more movement and getting a feel for the different strokes but mainly the freestyle stroke.
Lesson 4-10From now we will learn the skill of holding your breath under water and the proper technique of doing so.
Lesson 2-3The movements in the water to increase. We will go deeper into the water and shake off any fears that you may have. Every thing building your confidence and comfort each lesson.
