The first session focuses on assessment rather than education. We’ll review your training history, nutrition approach, current intake, body composition goals, recovery practices, supplementation, and performance metrics. My objective is to identify the bottleneck preventing further progress and build a plan around your specific goals rather than applying generic nutrition principles.
We’ll establish baseline metrics and begin making targeted adjustments. This often includes calorie refinement, protein optimization, recovery assessment, hunger management, adherence strategies, and identifying areas where effort may not be aligned with outcomes. The goal is to create the greatest return from the smallest number of changes.
At this stage we focus on precision. We may adjust macronutrient distribution, food selection, meal timing, training nutrition, recovery protocols, travel strategies, and body composition targets. Progress is measured objectively and adjustments are made based on data rather than emotion. Small improvements begin creating significant results.
Long-term coaching becomes highly individualized. Depending on goals, we may focus on performance nutrition, advanced body recomposition, maintenance phases, diet breaks, competition preparation, aggressive fat loss phases, muscle-building phases, supplementation strategies, and lifestyle optimization. The objective is to help you continue progressing while maintaining a sustainable approach that supports your career, family, and long-term health.
