Your first coachingWe begin with a conversation about your goals, fitness level, health history, and any limitations or injuries. I’ll guide you through a light fitness assessment and teach proper form for foundational movements such as squats, seated and standing exercises, resistance band work, and core activation. The goal is to build confidence, ensure safety, and create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle.
Coaching 2-3During lessons 2 and 3, we’ll begin building consistency and confidence. You’ll learn a structured workout routine tailored to your goals, incorporating strength training, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular exercise as appropriate. We’ll continue refining form, gradually increasing intensity, and celebrating early progress while keeping workouts enjoyable and
Coaching 4-10By lessons 4–10, you’ll be developing strength, endurance, balance, and overall fitness. Workouts will progress at a pace that feels challenging yet manageable. We may incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, functional movement training, core exercises, and low-impact cardio. Ongoing coaching, accountability, and adjustments ensure continued progress toward your health and fitness goals.
Coaching 11+fitness becomes part of your lifestyle rather than just a workout. Sessions are continually customized to keep you progressing, motivated, and challenged at the right level. We focus on long-term strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall wellness while adjusting goals as your fitness improves. You’ll receive ongoing support, accountability, and education to help you maintain healthy habits and achieve lasting results.

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
