Your first coachingWe begin with your personal goals to achieve in your health voyage.
We also cover your current issues and eating and sleeping habits.
You will receive a diary to track everything you are eating and drinking during the day and what time you are falling asleep and waking up.
You also receive a link to buy a digital scale and download a free app that attaches the scale to your cell phone and mine for future reference.
Coaching 2-3In the second lesson, we go over your lifestyle demands as they pertain to your current eating and sleeping habits.
We go into detail as to the things you are struggling with the most.
At this point, your scale should be set up with my cell phone and we go over the details of the internal readings of where your health needs immediate focus and how we will build your strength, stamina and mental focus from there.
Coaching 4-10All lessons are followed up with text messages or emails (including recipes) with more detail to help you remember the things to focus on for that particular timeframe.
We track cycles and hormone changes with suggestions for a diet designed to balance your hormones throughout the month.
We focus on when you have energy slumps and how to balance those dips with food.
We also established how to eat at the end of the day to encourage a good and healthy night sleep,
Coaching 11+As the good2eat4U Nutrition Program is designed to be a three month program, the 11th lesson is a wrap up lesson with the necessary changes that have made the most impact. Cognitive behavior therapy is reinforced to encourage you to maintain your new schedules.
