I’m a former NCAA Division II soccer player at St. Edward’s University, where I started in over 30 collegiate games and served as team captain during my final two seasons. My performance on the field earned me a full-ride soccer scholarship to attend graduate school at St. Edward’s, giving me firsthand experience navigating the recruiting and college soccer process. For the past three years, I’ve coached middle and high school players, accumulating over 350 hours of one-on-one and team soccer coaching. I’m passionate about helping high school players understand what it takes to get recruited, stand out to college coaches, and find the right opportunity to continue playing at the collegiate level. If you’re serious about playing college soccer, book a coaching session with me today and let’s build a clear game plan to help you get recruited.

## Reviews

> Jason Lyons has been an incredible soccer trainer for my son, and we couldn’t be happier with his progress. We have done over 15 lessons with Jason. Jason not only pushes my son to excel but does so in a way that builds confidence and a genuine love for the game. His training sessions are thoughtfully designed, and the variety of exercises has noticeably improved my son’s skills, particularly his first touch, which has come leaps and bounds since starting with Jason.

> Jason is an incredible coach and motivator. He explains the game in a way that me, a complete newbie, understood pretty quick. Our practice was physically challenging, fun, and educational. I had a blast and am ready for the next practice. Thanks so much for introducing me to soccer. This is only the beginning!

> Jason has helped Jacob with not only skills on the field, but also how to take care of his body off of the field, through proper nutrition and recovery. Jason understands the full picture of soccer development, from on the field training, to how best approach getting recruited for college soccer.
