Beginner training plan
Your first sessionGet a baseline of where the athlete is movement wise, ask where they want to be, and then we do some preliminary testing to see what movements they struggle with vs what movements come more naturally.
Session 2-3Building on everything we learned in lesson 1, trying to build a good foundation for the lessons ahead.
Session 4-10Lesson 5 and lesson 10 will be retest lessons to see improvements over time. But each of the lessons in between will be slowly learning new skills and refining natural moves that the athlete does well.
Session 11+Remaining lessons will be retests every 5 lessons, continuing to improve the learning aspect so while the athlete is in competition they can correct and adjust themselves.
Advanced training plan
Your first sessionFor hitting or fielding, a full movement screening will be required. We want to see how the athlete moves in space and how comfortable their body is while in certain positions where they need to be powerful.
