We’ll learn about your athletic background, goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll introduce the college-athlete experience and create a personalized plan.
Session 2-3Building the Foundation
Focus on time management, academics, training habits, communication with coaches, confidence, and understanding what to expect from college athletics.
Session 4-10Developing as a Student-Athlete
We’ll work on practical skills for balancing school and sports, handling pressure, setting goals, preparing for recruiting, and becoming more independent and confident.
Session 11+Long-Term Mentorship & Growth
Ongoing personalized guidance based on your goals, challenges, and progress. We’ll continue developing the skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.
