Your first lessonFor the first lesson, I would start by introducing myself to students and getting to know the student so I can learn about their goals and what they want to learn in the lessons. I would also introduce some basic concepts of music theory.
Lesson 2-3We learn treble clef, bass clef, note reading, and time signatures. Then we move on to major scales, minor scales, intervals, and chords.
Lesson 4-10In lessons 4-10, we focus on melody, rhythm, chord progressions, harmony, ear training, and basic song structure.
Lesson 11+Wrap up the course and review what we learned in previous lessons.
