About your music production coach
Hi, I'm Nicole! I'm a self-taught music producer, I make beats & record songs with local music artists. I also share my work and creative journey online to connect with other music creators & enthusiasts passionate about music. In addition to producing & releasing music, my professional experience includes assistant teaching music to ages 2-5, mentoring TK-8th grade, & assisting at music events. I look forward to working with the youth & young adults aspiring to make and release music!

Your first lessonGo over basic music production tools and equipment used to make beats & using a DAW (digital audio workstation).
Lesson 11+Share creative work online; collaborate with beat makers & producers; send beats to music artists; and release music.
Lesson 4-10Arrange a beat loop into a structured song; experiment mixing & producing vocals; explore different DAW's; and expand production skillsets.
Lesson 2-3Analyze and create common elements of a beat & build a beat composed of different instrumental layers.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids I will understand their personality and interests to focus on what they enjoy to make lessons enjoyable and productive. This will include ice breakers, games, and allowing them to freely ask questions so they feel confident while exploring their creativity.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers I will cater to their current music interests and communicate with slang vocabulary so they feel related to and understood. This will include ice breakers, fun challenges, and having open discussions so they feel comfortable and open to create.
