In Lessons 11 and up, students focus on advanced striking and grappling techniques, enhancing their skills and strategies. They participate in dynamic sparring to apply their knowledge in real scenarios, with an emphasis on competition preparation. These lessons aim to boost confidence and help students achieve mastery in martial arts.
In Lessons 4 to 10, students learn grappling, basic striking, and defense skills while practicing light sparring to apply what they’ve learned. Starting from Lesson 11, the training gets more intense, focusing on advanced techniques and preparation for competitions, helping students build confidence and improve their martial arts skills.
Basic Striking Techniques
Introduction to basic striking techniques such as jabs and crosses. Students will practice shadowboxing to develop coordination and form.
In Advanced Lesson 1, fighters focus on mastering advanced footwork and positioning. They build upon their basic techniques, refining their form while integrating complex movements. The lesson includes targeted drills to enhance their execution of fundamental striking techniques, such as combinations and setups
In Lessons 11 and above, advanced fighters concentrate on high-level techniques for both striking and grappling. These lessons emphasize strategy and fight awareness, with intense sparring sessions that simulate competition conditions. Students work on developing game plans and tactics, enhancing confidence, skill mastery, and overall performance to prepare for upcoming fights and competitions.
In Lessons 4 to 10, advanced fighters explore grappling and defensive strategies in greater depth. They learn to merge striking with evasive movements and begin mastering advanced grappling techniques, including submissions and escapes. Light sparring allows them to test their skills, and increasingly complex drills challenge their timing and adaptability in different scenarios.
In Advanced Lessons 2 and 3, students continue refining their striking techniques, expanding their knowledge of advanced kicks and integrating defensive skills. They practice combinations that incorporate these kicks while focusing on body mechanics to improve accuracy and power. Additionally, they work on evasive techniques and counter-striking, practicing drills to react effectively to opponents’ attacks while maintaining offensive pressure.
