Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is getting to know each other, exploring goals, identifying roadblocks, and mapping the journey. You'll learn at least one tool you can use immediately.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 are moving from the feeling it out stage to prioritizing stressors and identifying resources to get those early wins.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 are the work. You have the workflow filled out and we are attacking it. You'll learn new tools, review successes, and update your goals.
Lesson 11+Once you get to 11+ you are either starting a journey to bigger goals, learning advanced skills, tackling new stressors... Or all of the above!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first meeting is all about understanding your stress load, current tools, and creating a workflow or journey map.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 are moving to action items. You are working in new tools, polishing old, and building up your resources.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4+ are all about action. Individual stressors are addressed with targeted skill applications.
