Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is getting to know each other, exploring goals, identifying roadblocks, and mapping the journey. You'll learn at least one tool you can use immediately.
Lesson 11+Once you get to 11+ you are either starting a journey to bigger goals, learning advanced skills, tackling new stressors... Or all of the above!
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 are the work. You have the workflow filled out and we are attacking it. You'll learn new tools, review successes, and update your goals.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 are moving from the feeling it out stage to prioritizing stressors and identifying resources to get those early wins.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first meeting is all about understanding your stress load, current tools, and creating a workflow or journey map.
Lesson 11+11+ is about taking the next step. By now you are either in the thick of a whole new world of stress because your goals have advanced to a new level or you've identified a new direction.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4+ are all about action. Individual stressors are addressed with targeted skill applications.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 are moving to action items. You are working in new tools, polishing old, and building up your resources.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith youth and preteens, the approach is education, resource development, and understanding that failure is something to grow from, not run from. Patience and setbacks are critical to balance.
Working with teenagersHormones and pressure changes the game with teens. This age group involves more listening, guided workouts, and flexibility. Goals and roles change quickly, so learning to identify purpose and real success is critical.
What you need to bringOpen mind and a willingness to try. Specific sports equipment if we are mixing mental and physical tools like on the big buster program.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Years after my son was no longer playing for Coach Eric, he could still hear his voice in his head while pitching. He would be struggling, step off the rubber, take a breath, and remember coach tell him "it's ok to suck". I know it sounds vulgar, but it was what he needed to smile and work through it.
