Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst I ask them what their intention is for scheduling a call, and if they ever heard of wellness practices or the relevant session’s topic before. I personally love simplicity, so I believe I can always find a simple and short way to explain the relevant topic for people to understand. We always start very slow, so I can familiarize with my new beginner students, so I can see what is the best way for us to flow. Every person is different.
Youth players
Working with kidsAdd an element of play, or wonder. For example, mention how breathwork or meditation or exercise is like our superpower, and as we consistently practice this super power, we become super heroes!
Working with teenagersFor example: explain how simple it is that breathwork can totally bypass the mind and directly relax the body, which in turn relaxes our mind as well.
