I’m conversational. Once I know a bit about the client I create a session designed for the. I begin with a few questions, then I dive into the problem (I drink too much, etc. or I’m not happy). I show them quickly how meditation will help and then I do a long, customized guided session I always point out that beginning a short daily meditation practice is something they should consider. I treat me clients as people first and then I build the session around them.
