Since the age of 17 I have been on a spiritual journey that both educated me religiously and spiritually along the way. Its not easy! I have practiced meditation for over 10 years since 2013, and am well versed in Celtic and Germanic spirituality as well as Vedic philosophy and practice. As of 2026 I am certified in teaching Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.
