I'm a certified mindfulness meditation teacher with two years of experience. My style is warm, conversational and practical with a focus on breath, awareness, mindfulness, self-love,, emotional awareness, and stressed reduction. I work with beginner and experienced meditators, especially those who feel overwhelmed or struggle to quiet their mind. In your first session, we’ll talk about what you need then create a personalized practice you can actually use an everyday life.
