Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to start by getting to know you and what you’re hoping to learn! We’ll chat about your goals, what you already know, and what you’d like help with. There’s no pressure to be perfect or know everything already. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, and just being yourself. Think of it as learning with a friend!
Lesson 2-3We’ll start working on your goals together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll go over the basics, try out different techniques, and figure out what works best for you. I’ll share tips, answer questions, and encourage you along the way. No judgment here, and don’t worry about making mistakes because that’s how we learn!
Lesson 4-10We’ll keep building on everything you’ve learned and focus on helping you feel more confident doing things on your own. We’ll look at how far you’ve come, work on any areas you’d still like help with, and talk about what you’d like to learn next. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and more confident than when you started!
