Working with kidsI use less words and easy to follow prompts. Respecting the short time our little ones can remain still, I lead them in shorter meditations.
Working with teenagersHigh school aged teens are guided into meditations with language and humor they tend to appreciate. I affirm positive qualities and prompts to plant positive seeds during their guided meditations.
