Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis first session is a discovery and compatibility session to see if I’m the right coach for the client, and typically each session is about a hour. We go also over the intake package and any logistical questions.
Lesson 2-3In the following sessions, we set goals and intentions for the this co-creative space, start creating timelines for working on specific needs, and determine signs of success and new aspirations. As well as the time of engagement for the Coaching process.
Lesson 4-10And these following sessions we start to address more specific underlying patterns that the client identifies and also create more specific targets, accountability starts to be develop and adopting the new chose patterns and practices begins.
Lesson 11+At this point in our sessions, the initial intentions get revisited, and our time of engagement gets reconsider, depending on the needs of the client.

What I can bringOur session can be structured and designed depending on need of the situation and client. They range from personalized performance and success plans to creating time management tools or developing emotional intelligence for a harmonious work life and more.
