Definition: Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon where individuals persistently doubt their skills, talents, or accomplishments and live in fear of being exposed as a "fraud," despite clear evidence of their competence.
The Imposter Cycle: Moving between over-preparing and procrastinating, followed by a fleeting sense of relief that does not translate into long-term confidence.

Strategy Session 2: Navigating “Gay FOMO” The Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO)
Definition: FOMO is the anxious feeling that others are experiencing exciting, rewarding, or more fulfilling events, opportunities, or life decisions without you.
"Gay FOMO" is a very common experience for late-bloomer lesbians. It stems from mourning a "missed adolescence"—grieving the developmental years, first loves, prom dates, and Lesbian milestones missed while unknowingly navigating compulsory heterosexuality. It is compounded by the steep learning curve of dating and building community later in life.
Strategy Session 3: Unlearning Anti-Lesbian Religious Doctrine, Dogma, & Religious Abuse
Unlearning anti-lesbian religious trauma involves a multi-step journey of deconstruction, establishing physical and emotional boundaries, and practicing self-compassion. The process is highly individualized, but fundamentally centers on uncoupling your inherent worth from harmful doctrines and building a supportive community that celebrates your authentic self.
