Ché F.M. is a breathwork teacher with 16 years of experience studying practicing centuries-old techniques. Ché specializes in nervous system regulation, enhancing mental function, emotional regulation, nasal breathing, and breathwork for high-level athletic performance. All sessions can be 1-on-1 or in groups. long-term coaching is available from 1-12 months. Ché is available for in-person and virtual sessions.
