About your lacrosse coach

I have been playing lacrosse for over a decade and my love for the sport is only growing on the west coast! I will help cultivate player’s skill, game IQ and confidence through focused training. I am Offensive Midfielder at a top 10 Division 3 program and have been coached by NCAA Division 1 championship coaches throughout my development as a player. Additionally, I played and coached for my club lacrosse team Mass Elite Lacrosse which has sent players (and friends I played against) to the top programs across the country. My focus is on shooting, dodging, stick work, IQ and conditioning. Let's elevate your game together!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will start by discussing the players goals! Whether you are a beginner just learning the sport, or have aspirations to play at the next level, you need to have a solid foundation. Sessions will start with stick work as well as footwork to warm up at the appropriate intensity.
Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect to start incorporating stick skills and footwork into more cohesive drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsConfidence is key when it comes to any sport and that starts with creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere. It’s important to have a strong foundation, for lacrosse that is stick skills and footwork. Along with a little conditioning, I will work with your player to help them recognize and build on their strengths as well as grow area of improvement.
Working with teenagersWhether you have goals to make it on the varsity team or aspirations to make it to the next level, it’s so important to have sound foundational skills. Beyond that, I will work with your player on shooting, IQ, and along with dodging and footwork skills. Consistency is so important at this time to exponentially grow as a player.
