## Reviews

> I love watching film and studying film review to learn positioning and footwork and to see things that might not be easy to realize when the game is happening. I have had my eyes opened to strategies and methods that have boosted my game big time and my rules awareness has gotten much better and knowledge of smaller details!
> From Film, 5 out of 5

> Lots of shooting and working on both hands. We did hitches and split dodges and roll dodges and question mark dodges and rocker step shooting... Lots of shots and shooting from a dodge to keep adding to stick skills and full speed dodging.
> From Eli, 5 out of 5

> All stick skills and long pole work. Ground balls and growing my skills using a defense stick. Throwing checks and keeping stick up and not down by waist and the ground. Lots of scooping and switching hands.
