About your lacrosse coach
With 12 years in the sport, I bring a strong passion for lacrosse and player development. I come from a family of four women’s lacrosse players who competed in college, and that background has shaped my love for the game. I’ve coached competitive travel teams in Maryland and focus on helping athletes grow, build confidence, and play with purpose.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lessons are usually just getting the feel for where the player’s stick skills are at as well as their game IQ. I typically send the player home with a few things to work on before the next lesson.
Lesson 11+By the 4-10th lessons the player should be able to put these aspects i have helped them learn into their play at team practices and see an improvement in their game. Once stick skills feel strong enough we will work more on putting them into game-like situations and working on when to use the new skills.
Lesson 4-10Hopefully by the
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are usually based on what I learned about the player’s weak spots. I will come up with some drills to specifically work on those aspects of their game while giving tips and getting a lot of repetition to build muscle memory.

What I can bringI can bring a pop up lacrosse goal, extra stick, cones, agility ladder, and extra eye gear and mouth guard.
