Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe would go over basic stick skills making sure we learn how to catch and throw and start with small ball movement
Training 2-3Once we have basics down, we will get into the basics of offensive and defensive movement. Also learning mechanics of shooting, defensive movement.
Training 4-10We will do more focused items on the position they would like to play and pick up the speed of drills.
Training 11+Rest of lessons, I want to make sure we build your strengthens and make a things you want to work on to become better in your position.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingWe will see where you are level wise and talk about things you want to get better.
Training 11+Once we get in a roll I want to develop your footwork, stick skills and IQ so it feels more understandable. If you have game film you would like to go over we can also do that.
