Your first lessonWork on Passing and Catching fundamentals and the Rules of the Game
Lesson 11+I will start to teach game scenarios, slide packages, shot creating, communication, picks, off ball defense, off ball offense and so forth
Lesson 4-10Lacrosse is fast so during lessons 4-10 we will start to put the fundamentals, footwork and movement all together and start improving game speed. Learning the position to the fullest fundamentally.
