About your lacrosse coach
I played offensive midfield at Saint Leo University. Nationally top 20 ranked D2 program under a top 15 offense in the country. I will focus on leveling up your lacrosse skill, IQ, and athleticism to help prepare you for the next level. With 10 plus years of playing experience, while playing for numerous clubs teams and other high level players. I learned a lot, but I wish I had someone to teach me what I knew now when I first started.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluate your strengths and weaknesses and will make a training plan centered around you.
Lesson 2-3We’ll start out slow and every drill we do will progress to the next phase.
Lesson 4-10During this phase we will start to up the intensity, drills, and begin to grow your lacrosse IQ as well. My main goal is to hopefully see your lacrosse confidence and skill grow as we continue our lessons.
Lesson 11+By this time, I hope this player can walk away from our lessons with more skill and knowledge than I knew at their age.
Youth players
Working with kidsI’ll slow the speed of drills and training down to their ability to handle
Working with teenagersI’ll teach the teenagers based on their lacrosse experience and determine if I can speed it up or slow it down.
What you need to bringStick, gloves, elbow pads, and cleats. Helmet is optional.
